My Incredible Health
From “My Health” to “My Incredible Health”
A Gentle Reframe for Women in Perimenopause
There is a quiet moment in growth when you realize:
The way I speak to myself matters.
Not in a loud, hype way.
But in a steady, daily way.
Recently, during Time to Rise, Tony Robbins shared something powerful:
many of us get stuck not because we are broken — but because we keep repeating old patterns.
And one of the most important patterns to shift…
is language.
Especially for women in perimenopause.
This season of life asks for honesty, kindness, and self-trust.
Not pressure. Not perfection.
Here’s how I’m reframing my health — and how you can too.
Pattern 1: Stop Saying “My” as Ownership of the Problem
Tony says:
When we say my fear, my anxiety, my depression — we turn a pattern into an identity.
The same is true with health.
Instead of:
my exhaustion
my hormones
my symptoms
Try:
I’m experiencing a pattern — and patterns can change.
My body is communicating with me.
I’m no longer saying “my health” like it’s fragile.
I’m choosing “my incredible health” — even while I’m still learning.
This small shift creates space.
And space is where healing begins.
Pattern 2: Releasing Stress Around “Figuring It All Out”
So many women feel pressure to have perimenopause “handled.”
The right routine.
The right supplements.
The right mindset.
But stress blocks clarity.
What if you didn’t need all the answers right now?
What if this phase is not about solving —
but about listening?
Your purpose right now might be simple:
to build a calmer relationship with your body.
That is enough.
Pattern 3: Letting Go of Perfection
Perfection is not supportive — it’s exhausting.
Consistency beats perfection every time.
I no longer aim to do everything “right.”
I aim to do what is kind.
Rest counts.
Slowing down counts.
Changing your mind counts.
Your body doesn’t need a perfect woman.
It needs a present one.
Pattern 4: Choosing Gentle Action Over Overthinking
It’s easy to stay in your head:
Is this normal? Am I doing enough? Should I be better by now?
But healing happens through small actions:
going to bed earlier
eating one nourishing meal
taking a walk
saying no without explaining
Action doesn’t have to be forceful.
It can be soft and steady.
Pattern 5: Releasing the Old Story
You are not the woman you were at 30.
And that’s not a loss — it’s growth.
The old story might say:
“I should have more energy.”
“I should handle this better.”
“I shouldn’t need so much rest.”
The new story says:
“I am becoming more honest with myself.”
“I value my energy.”
“I respect my body’s wisdom.”
You don’t have to carry the old story anymore.
My New Beliefs (Maybe They’re Yours Too)
My body is wise.
My health is improving, even when it’s not linear.
Rest is part of my strength.
I listen to my body and respond with care.
I am capable of creating incredible health.
My New ME:
I am becoming stronger, calmer, and clearer every day. 🌱
My health is resilient, it bounces back. 💚
I am creating an incredible health. ✨
Sleeping is also sporting. 😴
I can soften to be strong. 🌸
Rest is part of my success. 🛌
I value consistency over perfection. 🔁
I honor my different ways of energy. ⚡
I give myself space. 🌿
Before you close this page, pause for a moment.
Notice one small thing you’re doing better than before.
One kind choice.
One moment of awareness.
Celebrate that. Truly. 🌿
Because change doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from staying connected.
And you’re doing that — step by step.💖
