🔥 1. Before the Fire
Before Day 3 of UPW, I looked successful enough from the outside.
I was running a household, raising children, helping clients, keeping promises.
I could hold a smile, post the photo, write the caption.
But the truth sat quietly underneath:
I was living on automatic pilot.
💭 My days were a checklist, not a heartbeat.
I woke up already tired.
Not sleepy-tired — soul-tired.
The kind of tired that coffee ☕ and motivation quotes can’t touch.
I told myself the same stories every morning:
“I don’t have the time.”
“I don’t have the money.”
“I don’t have the strength.”
Those words felt so real that I stopped noticing they were choices.
They became my soundtrack. 🎧
Somewhere between motherhood 👩👧👦 and ambition 🔥 I lost the sound of my own breath.
I was efficient, not alive.
I loved my family deeply, yet the love felt heavy —
something I had to carry rather than something that carried me.
I was serving everyone but forgetting the woman inside the service.
At night 🌙 I would pray for peace 🙏
and then scroll myself back into noise 📱.
I wanted clarity but feared what I’d have to release to find it.
My body started speaking louder than my thoughts:
tight shoulders 💢, clenched jaw 😬, restless sleep 😴.
My body was begging for truth.
When I registered for UPW, I said it was for “a little inspiration.”
Inside I knew it was a cry for help.
I needed to remember who I was before the fear,
before the constant managing of everyone else’s emotions.
I didn’t know that Day 3 would be the day the shell would crack —
the day I’d stop surviving and start awakening. 🌅
That morning I wrote one line in my notebook 📓:
✍️ “I’m tired of being tired. I’m ready to remember who I am.”
I had no idea that remembering would require fire. 🔥
Before the fire, I was the woman who could motivate anyone but myself.
After the fire, I would never again forget that my power lives inside me —
quiet and waiting, beneath every role and every rule I had ever followed.
This is where my story begins 💫
— the moment before the flame, when the whisper inside me said,
“There’s more.”
🌫️ 2. The Mirror of Fear
Day 3 began like a mirror — one that didn’t show my face,
but everything I believed about myself.
Every thought.
Every emotion.
Every limitation I had ever whispered inside.
🪞 Tony said:
“Your thoughts create your emotions.
Your emotions create your actions.
Your actions create your destiny.”
And I felt it.
It was like he was speaking directly into the parts of me I had ignored for years.
When I closed my eyes, I could see my most stressful thoughts clearly:
“I don’t have the time.”
“I don’t have the money.”
“I don’t have the strength.”
Each one felt heavy.
Each one carried a specific vibration in my body —
a contraction, a closing, a shrinking.
They were not just thoughts —
they were commands I had been giving myself for years.
Then came the triggers 💥:
tiredness, pressure, responsibility, and sometimes, people —
especially when I tried to please everyone.
And beneath all that, I saw something deeper:
the fear of not being enough.
That fear wore many masks —
productivity, perfection, control.
But the truth was simpler:
I was scared of failing at being loved. ❤️
When those thoughts took over,
I became small.
My breath got shallow.
My shoulders curled forward.
My body remembered every old story.
I started hearing the inner voices:
“You always mess it up.”
“You’ll never keep up.”
“You’re not consistent enough.”
It was a storm 🌪️ —
and I had been living inside it without realizing it.
But then came another realization:
these thoughts were not mine.
They were echoes —
cheap copies passed down through generations of women
who were taught to carry everything and question themselves.
I had been primed by society, by expectations, by survival.
But I could prime myself differently.
💬 “If I can learn fear,” I thought,
“then I can also learn freedom.”
That was the first crack in the mirror —
the moment I saw that the reflection wasn’t fixed.
That I could change what I saw by changing what I said to myself.
From that second on, I promised myself:
“No more lies disguised as truth.
No more fear disguised as responsibility.”
It was time to rewrite the soundtrack of my life. 🎶
When the session ended, I sat in silence.
I felt tears in my eyes — not sadness, but recognition.
It was as if I had been looking at my own reflection
and finally decided to love what I saw.
✨ Because the mirror of fear had done its job —
it showed me everything that needed to be released.
💕 3. The Body Remembers
The body never lies.
It remembers what the mind denies.
All the stories I told myself — I’m fine, I’m strong, I’m okay —
my body already knew were half-truths.
Every unspoken word,
every suppressed emotion,
every moment I pushed through instead of pausing,
had settled somewhere inside me.
I realized that my shoulders carried responsibility like armor. 🛡️
My jaw clenched around unspoken frustration.
My lower back held the weight of holding everyone together.
My breath?
Shallow.
Quick.
Always rushing to the next thing,
never enough space to feel what was happening now.
During one of Tony’s exercises, he asked:
“How does your body look when you live in fear?”
I closed my eyes and felt it immediately.
I saw myself speaking hesitantly, pausing too long between words.
My eyes looked down instead of forward.
My spine curved in.
My energy shrank.
That posture — that shape — was my old identity.
It was who I became when I believed I wasn’t enough.
Then he said,
“Change your physiology, and you change your state.”
It sounded simple.
But when I did it — when I moved — everything shifted.
I stood tall.
I pulled my shoulders back.
I breathed deep — into my belly, into my chest, into my power.
And something ancient woke up inside me.
It felt like my soul had been waiting for this signal:
“She’s ready.”
Suddenly my tears weren’t sadness — they were release. 💧
My hands started to shake, not from fear, but from energy.
I felt my body open.
I felt space where there used to be tension.
I felt alive.
For the first time in a long time, I wasn’t trying to control my body —
I was listening to it.
It spoke through movement, through breath, through vibration.
It said:
“I don’t need you to fix me.
I just need you to feel me.”
That’s when I understood something profound:
my body had been trying to keep me safe.
Every pain, every ache, every fatigue
wasn’t a punishment —
it was a message.
It had been asking for attention,
begging me to stop abandoning myself in the name of “doing it all.”
When I looked around the room, I saw hundreds of people moving, shouting, crying, laughing —
and I felt the collective release of humanity waking up to itself. 🌍
We weren’t broken.
We were just remembering.
I whispered to myself:
“My body is not the enemy.
My body is the bridge.”
And with every breath,
I began to cross back home to myself. 🕊️
🌅 4. The Shift
Everything changed in a single heartbeat.
One moment I was standing still, watching everyone move—
the next, I felt the fire ignite inside me.
Tony’s voice cut through the air 🔊
“Change your state!
Move your body!
Make a sound!
Say YES!”
At first I hesitated.
My old self wanted to stay small,
to keep analyzing, to stay safe.
But then something ancient in me whispered:
“Stand up.”
I stood.
I shook my arms.
I shouted YES!
And with that sound, something broke open. 💥
The tired woman inside me—the one who always waited for the right moment,
the one who needed permission—
she vanished in the noise.
In her place rose a force I hadn’t felt since childhood:
raw, electric life. ⚡
My breath deepened.
My chest opened.
I could feel my pulse in every fingertip.
It was as if my body was saying,
“Finally, you’re listening.”
I started to move to the rhythm of the music,
not caring how I looked,
not performing, just being.
Tears mixed with laughter.
Joy mixed with strength.
I wasn’t trying to be positive—
I was becoming powerful.
In that rush of sound and movement,
I saw the story I’d been living dissolve.
The narrative of tiredness, of being drained by others,
of not having enough time or energy—gone.
I realized I had been waiting for life to give me energy,
when all along I was the source. 🔥
I screamed, louder this time,
“YES! YES! YES!”
Every YES was a decision.
Every YES was a cut through the rope of fear.
Every YES was a birth.
People around me were crying, dancing, laughing—
and for the first time, I didn’t feel separate.
I felt connected.
In that unity, I heard my new truth form itself inside me:
“I am the voice.
I lead, not follow.
I believe, not doubt.
I create, not destroy.
I am a force for good.
I am a force for God.”
It wasn’t just words—
it was identity.
I felt unstoppable, unshakable, unbreakable.
The impossible suddenly looked small.
When the music slowed, I pressed my hands to my heart. ❤️
My breath steadied.
I whispered to myself:
“This is who you’ve been all along.”
Grace had entered my body.
Power had taken its rightful place.
And together they began to dance.
That was The Shift.
That was the moment I began to channel grace into power. ✨
✨ 5. Channel Grace Into Power
After the storm of movement and sound came stillness—
that sacred pause where everything inside me was both empty and full.
I stood there, breathing slowly,
feeling my heartbeat in my palms. ❤️
For the first time in years, I wasn’t chasing a feeling.
I was feeling.
In that quiet, a sentence rose up like light through water:
“Channel grace into power.”
I didn’t invent it.
It found me.
Grace had always been around me—
in my children’s laughter, in the sunrise,
in the moments I forgave without being asked. ☀️
Power had always been in me—
in every time I stood back up,
in every boundary I set,
in every dream that refused to die. 💪
But I had kept them separate,
as if grace belonged to softness
and power belonged to effort.
That day, they merged. 🌹⚡
Grace became my new strength.
Power became my new peace.
I realized that true power isn’t loud or forceful;
it’s steady, loving, and deeply rooted.
It’s the kind of energy that walks into a room
and changes it without a word.
I whispered:
“I am calm.
I am clear.
I am love in action.”
From that moment, everything became a prayer. 🙏
Every inhale—receiving grace.
Every exhale—expressing power.
When I cook, I infuse the food with calm.
When I lift weights, I honour the temple that carries my soul.
When I coach, I let wisdom move through me, not from me.
Grace flows in.
Power flows out.
That is my rhythm now. 🌊
I used to think being powerful meant doing more.
Now I know it means being more present.
Grace slows me down; power moves me forward.
Together they create harmony—
a balance that feels like truth.
That night, lying in bed,
I replayed the moment in my mind.
The crowd, the music, the tears, the light.
And I smiled, because for the first time
I wasn’t trying to hold on to the high—
I was integrating it.
“This isn’t an event,” I told myself.
“It’s an initiation.”
The next morning, my mantra was simple:
“Grace in. Power out.”
I wrote it on a sticky note and placed it on my mirror.
Each day since, it reminds me who I am when I forget:
a woman who channels grace into power
and power back into love.
🌻 6. New Beliefs, New Identity
After the shift, my mind felt like a blank canvas.
Old thoughts still tried to sneak in, but they no longer fit.
It was time to choose the words that would build the woman I had just met.
I sat with my journal 📓 and wrote a single question:
“What do I want to believe about myself now?”
The answers came in waves—soft at first, then unstoppable.
💪 New Belief #1 — I am strong.
Not “someday strong.”
Not “when life calms down strong.”
Now.
Strength isn’t something I earn; it’s what I remember.
It lives in my breath, my choices, my heartbeat.
When I lift weights, I’m not just training my body;
I’m teaching my mind to hold more light.
I whisper, “She is strong. She is grace. She is power.”
🔁 New Belief #2 — I am consistent in my essence.
I used to think consistency meant doing the same thing every day.
Now I know it means showing up with the same love in whatever the day brings.
My rhythm flows with my feminine cycle 🌙.
Some days I lift; some days I rest; both are sacred.
The moon doesn’t apologize for changing—neither do I.
☀️ New Belief #3 — I emanate energy; I don’t absorb it.
This one changed everything.
For years I believed other people’s moods could steal my peace.
Now I know: peace is my contribution.
I set the temperature.
When I walk into a room, I imagine light pouring from my heart—
not blinding, just warm.
I silently repeat:
“I do not absorb — I emanate. I am the keeper of my atmosphere.” ✨
Those three beliefs became the pillars of my new identity.
I am not the tired woman anymore.
I am not the one who hides behind perfection.
I am the woman who remembers her strength,
honors her rhythm,
and leads her energy with love. 💖
It felt strange at first, like learning a new language.
But every time the old voice whispered,
“You can’t,”
I smiled and answered,
“Watch me.”
Every repetition built a new neural path,
a new vibration,
a new me.
Now, when challenges come—and they always do—I pause.
I breathe.
I ask:
“What would the strong, consistent, radiant me do right now?”
And then I do that.
Because this is no longer about motivation;
it’s about identity.
And identity shapes destiny. 🌈
🌺 7. The Awakened Woman
She arrived quietly—
not as fireworks,
but as a steady flame inside my chest. 🔥
For years I’d searched outside for the woman I wanted to become.
At UPW Day 3, I realized she’d been whispering inside me all along.
I just needed to remember her name: Love.
When I closed my eyes, I saw her:
shoulders back, eyes open, calm, unshakable.
She walked like light moves—soft yet unstoppable.
She smiled the way truth smiles—without needing permission.
I whispered, “That’s me.”
And in that moment, I was.
💫 She is the leader.
She is the voice.
She is the force for good.
She will create, not destroy.
She will believe, not doubt.
She defies the odds and sets a new standard.
Step up.
Step up.
Step up. 🚀
The Awakened Woman doesn’t need to prove her worth.
Her presence is the proof.
Her calm is her authority.
She doesn’t chase validation;
she creates vibration. 🌊
When she speaks, her words don’t just inform—they transform.
She knows that love without strength collapses,
and strength without love wounds.
So she weaves them together. 💗
She walks into rooms and energy shifts.
She listens before she leads.
She remembers that grace is not weakness—it’s precision.
Every morning I call her forward:
“Awaken her in me.
Awaken her in others.
She is awakened.
She is released.”
And every evening I thank her:
“Thank you, Grace.
Thank you, Mother.
Thank you.”
Because the Awakened Woman doesn’t arrive once;
she awakens every time I choose presence over performance,
faith over fear,
truth over comfort. 🌙
I used to think my power was something I had to earn.
Now I know it’s something I embody.
I don’t ask for permission to shine.
I shine to give others permission. ✨
🌈 8. Integration & Legacy
When the lights dimmed and the crowd began to leave,
I stayed for a moment, hands over my heart,
listening to the echo of thousands of voices that had just shouted YES.
The energy was still in my body—vibrating, glowing, alive. ⚡
And I whispered to myself,
“This is where it begins, not where it ends.”
Integration is where the real work lives.
It’s easy to feel invincible in the room;
the challenge is to bring that frequency home. 🏠
So I started small.
I carried the same posture, the same breath, the same certainty
into my kitchen, my office, my car.
Every space became a new stage to practice presence.
When my daughter asked for help with homework,
I didn’t rush.
I looked her in the eyes, breathing in grace, exhaling power.
When my husband shared his worries,
I didn’t try to fix them;
I listened with the energy of peace. 💞
Each ordinary moment became extraordinary
because I finally understood:
I am the atmosphere.
My energy teaches louder than my words.
I am the proof that transformation isn’t a weekend event—
it’s a daily choice. 🌿
Now, when I coach, I don’t speak from memory.
I speak from embodiment.
I see the fear in other women’s eyes and smile because I know it.
I’ve danced with it.
I’ve turned it into fuel.
I tell them:
“You don’t need to become someone else.
You need to remember who you already are.”
That’s the message I live by.
That’s my legacy. ✨
I travel differently now.
I eat differently.
I move differently.
Even the way I pray has changed.
My prayer is simple:
“Use me.
Let everything I’ve learned become light for someone else.”
Because purpose is not a task list;
it’s the ripple of your healed heart touching another. 🌊
I take impossible things for breakfast. 🍳
I defy the odds.
I defy the circumstances.
I lead with love.
I believe without proof.
I create, not destroy.
I am legendary.
I am unbeatable.
I am love. 💖
And when I forget—because I still do—I return to my mantra:
“Only my own inner trained guide
can tell me who I am,
what to be,
and how to feel.”
That’s where grace meets power again.
This is my promise to myself and to every woman reading these words:
Awaken her.
Awaken her in you.
Awaken her in others.
She is awakened.
She is released.
And the world will never be the same. 🌍✨
